Group Training

Top2Toe Fitness provides 60 minute group training sessions every week day over a 10 week period.  Training is based outdoors in Belrose, and the circuit style routine incorporates strength, cardio, HIIT, boxing and circuit training.  No two sessions are the same!  Train with like minded people and gain valuable nutrition support!

Personal Training

Top2Toe Fitness offers semi-private sessions (2 people) and 1:1 Personal Training. Whatever your fitness level, we can help you on your journey to a healthier lifestyle! Sessions are tailored to meet your Health and Fitness Goals.
