SEMI PRIVATE AND 1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING
At Top2Toe Fitness we offer both semi-private sessions (you and a friend) and 1:1 Personal Training. Whatever your fitness level, we can help you on your journey to a healthier lifestyle. Sessions are tailored to meet your health and fitness goals. There is the added option for Nutrition Coaching, Wholefood Recipe e-books with Meal Planner and a supportive Facebook group for questions and accountability. If you would prefer to train in a fun group setting, see our Group Training option.
