Small & Large Group Training

At Top2Toe Fitness we believe group training sessions are a great way to keep motivated and accountable. Groups are between 4 and 20 people, which changes daily.  We provide a really social element which keep things upbeat whilst still achieving your health and fitness goals! You train with like-minded people in an inclusive, positive and non-judgemental environment.  All exercises are designed to get the most out of each session, and always include modifications for different fitness levels - we ensure you train within your own abilities and restrictions. Modifications are given where required.

We offer 3 training packages to suit your needs - you can choose to train once or twice a week, or unlimited sessions! Check out our training package options or book your training package now!.

We like to keep a varied and challenging approach to workouts so no 2 sessions are ever the same!  We use a wide range of equipment, run Group Challenges  and use 3 different locations in Belrose for extra fun and variety. We have an all weather option so sessions will never be cancelled! Location is shared the day before, and is always in the Belrose area.
