Sinead established Top2Toe Fitness in 2016 and continues to offer a wonderful, nurturing, holistic approach to Fitness and Wellbeing in her local community. Based in Belrose on Sydney's Northern Beaches, Top2Toe Fitness has helped hundreds of local women looking to unlock a whole new level of awareness, energy and be inspired to take charge of their health and well-being. Being around like-minded people in a Supportive Environment provides the right frequency to transform your vitality, mood, body, mind, hormones and more. Training Outdoors also has the added benefits of natural sunlight for Vitamin D and plays a crucial role in regulating our body's Circardian Rhythm influencing the sleep-wake cycle. Exercise in general has numerous benefits. It enhances cardiovascular health, boosts mood by releasing endorphins, reduces stress levels, helps manage weight and improves self-esteem and confidence. Additionally, regular exercise can enhance muscle strength, flexibility, co-ordination, balance, promotes a healthier lifestyle and reduces the risk of chronic disease.

Masters in Social Work - 15 Years Experience working with Families/Youth at Risk, Education Welfare and Child Protection.

Degree in Social Psychology and Sociology
